ONBOTA staat open voor alle gelicentieerde radioamateurs wereldwijd.
Activatie:
Activators moeten opereren vanuit aangewezen bunkers die vermeld staan op de officiële ONBOTA-website, of binnen een straal van ten minste 1 km daarvan. Elke bunker heeft unieke identificatiecode.
Vereisten voor Activators:
Activators moeten portable of mobiel zijn binnen een straal van ten minste 1 km van de bunker. Er mogen maximaal 5 bunkers tegelijkertijd worden geactiveerd. Er moeten ten minste 25 verbindingen (contacts) worden gemaakt om in aanmerking te komen voor activatiepunten; u mag uw log over meerdere dagen spreiden.
Verbindingsmethoden:
Verbindingen mogen worden gemaakt op alle wettelijke frequenties en modi conform uw licentie. Het gebruik van repeaters (relais) is niet toegestaan om verbindingen te maken.
Loggen:
Zowel Activators als Hunters moeten hun verbindingen nauwkeurig registreren in een geldig logprogramma dat ADIF-export ondersteunt, om het uploaden in ons dashboard te vergemakkelijken. (HAM2K Polo App aanbevolen).
Puntensysteem:
Punten worden toegekend op basis van het aantal unieke bunkers dat is geactiveerd of waarmee contact is gemaakt.
Awards:
Er zijn verschillende awards beschikbaar voor Activators en Hunters op basis van hun prestaties. Om uw awards aan te vragen, kunt u contact opnemen met onze coördinatoren via het dashboard.
Ethisch Gedrag:
Deelnemers worden geacht zich te houden aan de algemene etiquette voor radioamateurs en te handelen binnen de voorschriften van hun respectievelijke licentieautoriteiten.
Veiligheid & Bewustzijn:
Activators moeten zorgen voor hun eigen veiligheid tijdens het bezoeken van bunkers en moeten toestemming hebben indien de bunker zich op privéterrein bevindt.
Verificatie:
Activators kunnen worden verzocht om bewijs van activatie te leveren, zoals foto's of GPS-coördinaten, om hun verbindingen te valideren.

Eligibility:
ONBOTA is open to all licensed amateur radio operators worldwide.
Activation:
Activators must operate from designated bunkers within at least a 1km radius listed on the official ONBOTA website. Each bunker has a unique identifier.
Activator Requirements:
Activators must be portable or mobile within at least 1km of the bunker. Only 5 bunkers can be activated at a time. And at least 25 contacts must be made to qualify for activation points; you may append your log across multiple days.
Contact Methods:
Contacts can be made within all legal frequencies and modes as per your license. Repeaters are not allowed to make contact.
Logging:
Both Activators and Hunters must log their contacts accurately within a valid Logging Program that supports ADIF exports to make it easier to be uploaded in our dashboard. (We recommend HAM2K Polo App).
Points System:
Points are awarded based on the number of unique bunkers activated or contacted.
Awards:
Various awards are available for Activators and Hunters based on their achievements. To request your awards, please contact our coordinators within the dashboard.
Ethical Conduct:
Participants are expected to adhere to amateur radio etiquette and operate within the regulations set forth by their respective licensing authorities.
Safety & Awareness:
Activators must ensure their safety while visiting bunkers, and must have permission if the bunker requires being on private property.
Verification:
Activators may be required to provide proof of activation, such as photos or GPS coordinates, to validate their contacts.

Éligibilité:
L'ONBOTA est ouvert à tous les radioamateurs licenciés du monde entier.
Activation:
Les activateurs doivent opérer depuis les bunkers désignés figurant sur le site officiel de l'ONBOTA, ou dans un rayon d'au moins 1 km de ceux-ci. Chaque bunker possède un identifiant unique.
Exigences pour les Activateurs:
Les activateurs doivent être en portable ou en mobile dans un rayon d'au moins 1 km du bunker. Seuls 5 bunkers peuvent être activés simultanément. De plus, un minimum de 25 contacts doit être établi pour obtenir les points d'activation; vous pouvez étaler votre carnet de trafic (log) sur plusieurs jours.
Méthodes de Contact:
Les contacts peuvent être établis sur toutes les fréquences et modes autorisés par votre licence. L'utilisation des relais (répéteurs) n'est pas autorisée pour effectuer les contacts.
Log (Carnet de trafic):
Les Activateurs ainsi que les Chasseurs (Hunters) doivent enregistrer leurs contacts de manière précise dans un logiciel de carnet de trafic valide prenant en charge l'exportation au format ADIF, afin de faciliter l'importation dans notre tableau de bord. (Application HAM2K Polo App recommandée).
Système de Points:
Les points sont attribués en fonction du nombre de bunkers uniques activés ou contactés.
Diplômes (Awards):
Divers diplômes sont disponibles pour les Activateurs et les Chasseurs en fonction de leurs accomplissements. Pour demander vos diplômes, veuillez contacter nos coordinateurs via le tableau de bord.
Conduite Éthique:
Les participants doivent respecter le code de déontologie des radioamateurs et opérer conformément aux réglementations définies par leurs autorités de tutelle respectives.
Sécurité & Vigilance:
Les activateurs doivent veiller à leur sécurité lors des visites de bunkers, dan moeten ze toestemming hebben indien de bunker zich op privéterrein bevindt.
Vérification:
Il peut être demandé aux activateurs de fournir une preuve d'activation, telle que des photos ou des coordonnées GPS, afin de valider leurs contacts.
